Data collection
In compliance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data requested in our forms will be included in a personal data file, the responsible and owner of which is FantasyClass. Likewise, when a person fills in any of the forms with the personal data that is requested and accepts the sending, he or she expressly authorizes FantasyClass to treat or incorporate into the automated file of its property the personal data provided in the mentioned form and all the data that is generated in relation to his or her participation or use of the different events that are offered in this web page.
Unless the contrary is specifically established, it will be considered necessary to fill in all the fields of each form. To do so, the user must fill in the forms with true, exact, complete and updated data. The user will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm caused to FantasyClass or any third party by filling in the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data or with data from third parties. Through the different areas that form part of this web space, users can obtain information, make queries and participate in the different events that FantasyClass offers through its web space.

Third party providers
FantasyClass allows users to export or import data from third party providers. In all cases, this information will be only used to import or export student's data, and it will always be used with the user's consent.
By now, we work with these third party providers:
- Google Classroom (optional): it's not mandatory, but you can link your account to Google Classroom in order to have access to your lists and classrooms and to view and manage the student's grades. Also, if you link your account, we will have access to your students' infomation such as their name and e-mail, in order to import them to the platform. There is a link to the provider privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics in order to get statistics about the platform users.
Treatment purposes
The data provided will never be used for a different purpose than the one for which they have been given, and will be cancelled immediately after they are no longer necessary for this purpose, except when a law establishes otherwise.
When the interested person sends the personal data and the e-mail address to FantasyClass, he/she expressly authorizes the use for the purpose of periodic communications, including expressly those made by e-mail that FantasyClass or the entities belonging to the business area of FantasyClass carry out with the users, and possible interested parties, to inform them of the news, events, etc.
Apart from what has been said above, the collection and automated processing of the personal data provided is also intended for the administrative management and the execution and development of all professional activities of FantasyClassy and the management of the user in the different services made available (for information purposes only: request for information on events).
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
FantasyClass does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Safety
All information regarding personal data received by FantasyClass is treated with the utmost confidentiality, and only those communications strictly necessary for the provision of the service in question in each case and those communications and transfers authorized by the user through this privacy policy are processed.
FantasyClass has adopted the legally required personal data protection security levels and has installed the means and technical measures within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration of the personal data provided and unauthorized access to this data.
The user has the right to access the information concerning him/her collected in the FantasyClass files, to rectify it if it is wrong, to cancel it or to oppose its treatment, by e-mail to the address joan.climent@copernic.cat.
Data transfer
The user accepts that their data may be transferred, exclusively for the purposes described above, to the entities with which FantasyClass participates. The user's acceptance that their data can be treated or transferred in the manner established in this paragraph is always revocable, without retroactive effect, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6 and 11 of Law 15/1999 of 13 December.
Modification of this privacy policy
FantasyClass reserves the right to modify its data protection policy according to its criteria, or due to a change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice. If FantasyClass, introduces any modification, the new text will be published on this same page, where the user can be aware of the data protection policy. In any case, the relationship with the users will be governed by the rules established at the precise moment in which the web space is accessed.
